I spent most of my life in the horse industry, and both of the companies I built and owned were there. Then I left on purpose. I didn't like what I saw, I wasn't going to look the other way, and I knew I was needed somewhere else.

Working across all of those industries didn't just give me a broader knowledge base. It's my edge. And if we work together, it's your edge too.

Here's some of what I've done:

• Built and bootstrapped two businesses in the horse world from nothing to six figures
• Partnered with a luxury saddle company on a full turnaround: restructured the sales team, recruited and trained new reps, and standardized the entire product line with their manufacturer in person in England
• Stepped up and took the reins at an eight-figure roofing company when leadership walked out in the middle of a crisis
• Led a basement remodeler's pivot into roofing, and got it profitable in less than six months
• Sat across the table from millionaires and from people counting every dollar, and helped each one find the car or truck they needed that day

Mindset, business, strategy, personal development, NLP, and Human Design aren't just things I study. I live them.

What made me so good at saddle fitting was being able to look at the whole picture and feel what was off almost immediately. I do the same thing with businesses, and with people.

So bring me a problem. Bring me the thing you can't figure out, or the reason you're stuck that you can't quite put your finger on. I'll rub my hands together, say "Lay it on me!" and let the solutions start pouring in. Because to me, "no" isn't the end of the conversation. It's where it starts.
