I use it only to communicate with you and deliver your services.
I don't sell or share your information.
Payments are handled by Stripe, and I never see or store your full card details.

By purchasing a service, you agree to these policies.

My work is consulting and education. Results depend on your business, your market, and what you do with the work. I don't guarantee specific financial results.

Hypnosis and NLP sessions are for personal and professional development. They are not medical or mental health treatment and are not a substitute for care from a licensed physician or therapist.

All materials I create for you are yours to use in your business once paid in full. My methods, frameworks, and templates remain my property.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.

Payments
All services are invoiced in advance unless a payment schedule is agreed to in writing.
Payment is due by the date on the invoice. Work begins once payment is received.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refunds

All sales are final. Because my services involve my time, research, and expertise,
payments are non-refundable once made.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Sessions (including The Clarity Edit):

You may reschedule a session once, at no charge, with at least 48 hours' notice by
email.
Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are
forfeited.
If I need to reschedule, I will offer you a new time as soon as possible. Your session is
never lost because of me.
Projects (The Owner's Brief and The Brand Foundation):
You may cancel a project at any time by email.
Payments already made are non-refundable. I will deliver all work completed up to the
date of cancellation.
If you are on a payment schedule, any payment already due at the time of cancellation
remains owed. Future payments are canceled.
If I am unable to complete a project for any reason on my end, I will refund the portion
of your payment for work not yet delivered.

Delivery
All services are delivered virtually unless agreed otherwise. Sessions take place by video
or phone. Written work, including The Owner's Brief, is delivered by email as a digital
document. Each proposal states the timeline for your project.

Disputes

If something isn't right, email me first. I will work with you directly to make it right. Please
contact me before opening a dispute with your bank or card company.
